CONTROL.DAT
The
CONTROL.DAT file contains the 16 sectors of Control Data that
are placed in the disc’s Lead-in Area during mastering. During
the mastering process, the Control Data is repeated 192 times
in the Lead-in Area to ensure data integrity during readout.
The record size options for the CONTROL.DAT file are 2048 or
2054 bytes. Therefore the CONTROL.DAT file size must be 32,768
